These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of products and services offered by 1BEE COMPANY LTDA (CNPJ 57.390.266/0001-05), Rua João Bortoluzzi, 375 – Bortoluzzi, Nova Veneza – SC, 88865-000, Brazil ("1BEE", "we", "us"). By purchasing from us or using our websites, you agree to these terms.
1. Products and services
We sell digital products, such as e-books, guides and online training materials, and provide online services, such as direct marketing and business support. Each product page describes what is included, the format and the price before purchase.
2. Orders and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency, including any taxes where required. Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card details. An order is confirmed once payment is approved, and you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically, by email or download link, immediately or shortly after payment is confirmed. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please contact us at ag1beecompany@gmail.com. Services are delivered according to the scope agreed at the time of purchase.
4. Refunds
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, as described in our Refund Policy.
5. License and intellectual property
When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it for your own purposes. You may not resell, share, reproduce or distribute our content without written permission. All content, brands and materials remain the property of 1BEE or its licensors.
